About Philip
Philip has been a practising town planner since 2003 and was elected to Membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (MRTPI) in July 2007. He has worked with individual, corporate and governmental clients in three separate jurisdictions and across numerous policy areas, including Green Belt, conservation areas, Listed buildings, residential, commercial, retail, telecommunications, community engagement, development plan examination and neighbourhood planning.

Philip is based in Birkenhead on the Wirral peninsula, within easy reach of much of the UK. Moreover, by utilising electronic working practices, geographic separation is rarely a serious obstacle to getting the job done.
